"PROPROCUREMENT is established because there is a constant need for businesses to review and renegotiate their current contract portfolios from a neutral angle"

In the fall of 2014, I established PROPROCUREMENT.

My professional competencies are based on more than 15 years optimizing procurement contracts in Danish companies and globally.

I operate within the following fields:

  • Development and structuring procurement processes
  • Global contract negotiations
  • Strategic analysis
  • Procurement politics
  • Project management
  • Business transfers
  • Turnarounds
  • Due diligence processes
  • Etc.

The essence of PROPROCUREMENT:

  • To create an economic overview for clients,
  • to renegotiate current contracts, where necessary,
  • and to ensure a stable financial bottom line.

PROPROCUREMENT is established because there is a constant need for businesses to review and renegotiate their current contract portfolios from a neutral angle. This particular need ranges from a strategic approach to procurement to an ongoing assessment of contract negotiations.

PROPROCUREMENT considers a strong bottom line as the foundation for a strong top line.

Companies need to focus on costs, and securing the right level of such, after which focus can shift to sales. My ambition is clear: I want to create the proper conditions for creating growth opportunities through a competent outline of current costs and expenses.

I often see contracts flourishing between different departments within companies without a standardized negotiation structure and safeguard for securing the best conditions.

PROPROCUREMENT works as a safeguard to ensure that any insecurities about supplier conditions are eliminated.

The insecurity occurs when companies prioritize their primary procurement in contrast to other strategic considerations, which is understandable.
